This highly respected CRO are seeking an Associate Director of Business Development to be based in their prestigious offices in the M4 corridor.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
• Manage the Proposal Development Process and Business Development Associates in Europe and ensure the integrity and global nature of the costing tools.
• Support Business Development Directors` efforts to generate annual sales objectives
• Develop draft proposals based on team meetings and discussions
• Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal team
• Maintain the Business Development databases
• Develop departmental systems to increase efficiency and streamline processes
• Support marketing activities
• Manage all aspects of European Contracts and act as liaison for Global Programmes.
• Serve as liaison with company Project Managers
• Prepare the problem projects list and assist with the monthly contract review meeting
